Job Description
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Serves as the project manager for a large complex task order (or a group of task orders affecting the same system) and shall assist the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting Officer (KO) the Governmet Contracting Officers Representative (COR) the task orderlevel Task Order Managers Government management personnel and customer agency representatives.
- Under the guidance of the Program Manager responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner and within budget.
- Will be responsible for the creation and submission of contract deliverable documentation and reports to the customer to include monthly CDRL and IPR briefings.
- Responsible for daytoday management and oversight of 12 personnel tasks projects installations and customer/stakeholder engagements.
- Afterhours support may be required for coordination and guidance to team members in order to resolve unscheduled outages and/or engineering efforts.
- Responsible for high level overview coordination and validation of ongoing engineering AV/VTC efforts that include AV integration and lifecycle scheduling of conference rooms integration and upgrades of VTC systems and infrastructure as well as WI SOP and other technical documentation creation and review.
- Will be responsible for conducting system analysis and recommendations of new AV/VTC technologies to the customer.
- Active DOD TS/SCI Clearance level.
- Active IAT Level II certification
- Minimum Education: BS or BA or 4 additional years of related experience.
- Ten 10 years relevant experience and 6 years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.
- Must have a strong technical background in Audio Visual (AV) and Video Teleconferencing (VTC) support utilizing Cisco Crestron BiAmp and Extron technologies at a minimum.
