Job Summary:
The Hardware Technician provides Tier 2 and 3 onsite and remote support for computer workstations servers printers peripherals network switches routers telecommunications and teleconferencing equipment. The technician will be working on a small team of less than ten 10 people that support a large organization.

Job Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- Mission Focus: Collaborate closely with customers to troubleshoot repair and test computer workstations servers printers peripherals network switches routers telecommunication and teleconferencing equipment.
- Technical Proficiency: Installation and configuration of computer workstations servers printers peripherals network switches routers telecommunication and teleconferencing equipment and associated cabling. Ability to maintain government and vendormanufactured telecommunications equipment fiber optic modems multiplexer fiber optic/ethernet cables switches and telephone systems.
- Qualifications: Two years of technical proficiency with roles as a hardware technician
- Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required to be considered for this role.
- Certification Requirement: A certification or equivalent
