Job Description
Location: Eureka CA
Hours:9:00 AM 5:30 PM
Schedule:Monday Friday
Start Date:Continuously recruiting (Depending)
Pay Range:$16.50/hr $19/hr DOE
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment. In this role you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately packaging flower.
Responsibilities:
- Packaging: Properly weigh and package flower into 1/8th jars
- Quality Control: Inspect flower for quality and consistency before packaging to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
- Labeling: Apply appropriate labels to each jar according to product specifications and regulatory requirements
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels of packaging materials
- Sanitation: Adhere to strict sanitation and hygiene protocols to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Compliance: Follow all relevant laws regulations and company policies regarding the packaging and handling of cannabis products
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Due to industry requirements candidates must be 21 years or older.
