About the Role
As a Junior Associate on the Client Services team at COLIFT you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients have access to the best possible expertise. You will be a key point of contact understanding their specific needs and identifying the perfect experts from our network of experts or source new experts using different tools. This role is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in the consulting industry develop strong business acumen and hone your communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
What you will do:
- Consult with Project Managers and Clients to understand the project requirements and challenges.
- Leverage your research skills to identify the most qualified experts using LinkedIn press releases case studies and further sources.
- Evaluate expert profiles screen candidates and develop compelling presentations to showcase their expertise to clients.
- Foster relationships with both clients and consultants building trust and ensuring a smooth collaboration process.
- Contribute to the growth of the COLIFT network by identifying and inviting new experts to join our platform.
- Support the Client Services team with administrative tasks and project management activities (as needed).

Requirements
Who you are:
- Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills in English (C1 level) capable of effectively conveying ideas collaborating with teams and engaging with stakeholders across various channels.
- A recent graduate with focus in finance or human resources or business administration with interest in recruitment
- Highly organized and detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Prior experience or internship in an expert network financial analysis recruitment or business administration is preferred.
