Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior UX Designer with a strong portfolio and deep understanding of usercentered design principles. The ideal candidate will have 8 10 years of relevant experience in UX design handson expertise with Figma and/or Azure and proven success working in Agile development environments. You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to transform complex business requirements into intuitive and elegant user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the endtoend UX design process from research wireframing prototyping to highfidelity design.
Collaborate with Product Managers Developers and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction visuals and experience.
Create user flows wireframes mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma or Azure.
Apply best practices in usability usercentered design and accessibility.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g. sprint planning reviews retrospectives) and align design work with sprint goals.
Conduct user research usability testing and gather feedback to refine and improve the product.
Advocate for the user while balancing business goals and technical feasibility.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
8 10 years of handson experience in UX/UI design preferably in enterprise or largescale web/mobile applications.
Expertlevel proficiency with Figma and/or Azure for UI/UX design and prototyping.
Deep understanding of Agile methodology and experience working in Agile teams.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UX design capabilities including workflows wireframes prototypes and visual designs.
Excellent communication presentation and collaboration skills.
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Design HCI Computer Science or a related field.
Nice to Have:
Experience working with design systems and reusable component libraries.
Knowledge of HTML CSS or frontend frameworks (a plus).
Exposure to user analytics tools (e.g. Hotjar Google Analytics).
