Job Description
Quaker Houghton is a global leader in industrial process fluids. We deliver a wide range of services in many business segments such as Aerospace Automotive Medical.
This position will be working at JVM Castings Evtec Kidderminster/Coventry by providing a high level fluid management services within a manufacturing environment
The Ideal candidate should be able to work individually but most importantly as part of a team.
Full training will be provided.
Tasks
- Accurately recording test data and product usage will be required so attention to detail in critical.
- Manage and maintain high cleanliness standards and condition monitoring across the customer facility where our products operate.
- Comlpliance with all applicable regulations and standards regarding quality safety environmental as well as the Quaker Houghton Lifesaving Rules and occupational health standards to minimize risks in these areas and to create opportunities and chances for improvement.
- Perform daily/weekly safety checks of equipment and hazard observations.
- Working as part of a team to deliver agreed service levels to QH high standards.
- Manage and maintain metal working fluids within optimum levels by completing a series of test methods.
Requirements
- No Previous experience is necessary as Full Training will be provided. However any experience working within a manufacturing environment would be advantageous
- Must have Driving License and be willing to travel from site to site with company vehicle(No overnight stays)
- COSHH awareness & basic Microsoft skills will be an advantage.
- Full Training will be provided
