Job Description

Marketing Coordinator Assistant (Full Time: Includes Weekends & Holidays)
Remote

Regular Hours:

  • Thursday Monday: 6:00 AM 2:00 PM CST (US Work Hours)

Holiday Hours:

  • 6:00 AM 2:00 PM CST (If a holiday falls on a Tuesday or Wednesday the preceding Monday will be observed as a day off.

About the Role

We re looking for a detailoriented Coordinator Assistant to support our team with ad production media preparation listing management and communications. This role is essential in ensuring our listings advertisements and services remain toptier and meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Photo & Video Preparation

  • Prepare and format photos and videos for advertisements.
  • Ensure all media meets quality and presentation standards.
  • Organize and manage media files efficiently.

Photoshop & Editing Efficiency

  • Utilize Photoshop to run scripts and identify opportunities to streamline the editing process.
  • Suggest and implement workflow improvements.

Finalizing Video Ads

  • Refine compile and finalize video advertisements.

Production & Listing Management

  • Identify discrepancies and maintain accuracy in the listing management system and ad production process.

Social Media and Communications

  • Manage and boost Facebook posts daily within the allocated budget.
  • Manage email inboxes by promptly responding to customer inquiries with professionalism and clarity.
  • Engage with the audience responding to comments and messages professionally.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.

Content Creation

  • Leverage creativity to produce engaging content for social media.
  • Contribute to video creation graphic design caption writing and brainstorming sessions for campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to incorporate fresh and innovative ideas into content strategy.

What We re Looking For

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop Premiere Pro After Effects (or similar tools).
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in content creation and social media management (preferred).
Willingness to learn about the equine industry.
