Join our series A startup as Sales Development Representative (SDR) and help establish our sales development function from the ground up!

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing you will play a pivotal role in driving topoffunnel pipeline operations boosting event engagement and generating SQLs for our sales team.

This role is ideal for a selfstarter who thrives on engaging with prospects building relationships and sparking meaningful conversations that contribute to business growth. Youll work closely with Marketing VPs and Enterprise Account Executives to optimise our demand generation efforts and deliver a worldclass experience for prospects.

As SDR your Mission will be to:

  • Manage & Optimise the Prospect Funnel
    • Qualify inbound leads and proactively outbound to highpotential prospects.
    • Maintain a structured and wellmanaged pipeline to generate sales opportunities.
  • Drive Event Engagement & Activations
    • Support marketing initiatives to increase attendance and engagement at conferences and inperson events.
    • Assist in following up with event attendees to nurture relationships and convert leads.
  • Lead Qualification & Pipeline Growth
    • Identify and qualify leads based on ICPs before passing them to sales.
    • Maintain accurate lead data in CRM systems like Salesforce.
    • Share insights from prospect conversations to refine messaging and targeting strategies.
  • Collaborate & Optimise
    • Work with marketing to refine outreach campaigns and improve conversion rates.
    • Support marketing initiatives that enhance pipeline velocity and campaign effectiveness.
    • Contribute to content and messaging improvements based on market feedback.

    After 3 months Success will look like:

    • Consistently generating highquality salesqualified leads (SQLs) each month contributing to a strong pipeline.
    • Securing a steady flow of salesaccepted leads (SALs) ensuring seamless handoffs to Account Executives.
    • Booking and facilitating a high volume of prospect meetings maintaining a strong daily outreach cadence.
    • Driving significant pipeline impact and revenue opportunities through effective outreach.
    • Maintaining accurate and uptodate CRM data providing valuable insights for the sales team.
    • Tracking and optimising key sales metrics including conversion rates outreach effectiveness and meeting attendance to improve performance.

      This Role is a perfect match for you if you have:

      • 12 years of experience in sales development business development or a marketingrelated role.
      • Excellent communication & relationshipbuilding skills you enjoy engaging with prospects.
      • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot Salesforce etc. and sales engagement platforms such as Gong and Unify GTM.
      • A datadriven mindset comfortable tracking outreach and conversion metrics.
      • Passion for marketing events and sales alignment in a fastpaced highgrowth environment.
      • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong time management organisation and attention to detail.

        Bonus if you have knowledge or love of:

        • Leveraging AI to automate manual processes.
        • Working in Enterprise sales.
