SUMMARY:
We seek experienced Senior Software Engineers with advanced expertise in .NET JavaScript frameworks and cloud technologies to lead our software development initiatives on our Azurebased microservices platform. The successful candidate will design develop and optimize complex software solutions and provide technical leadership to our engineering teams. This role demands a deep understanding of software engineering practices cloud infrastructure and the ability to apply Agile methodologies across complex projects effectively.
WHAT YOULL BE DOING:
- Software Development: Lead and execute advanced development tasks for both frontend and backend using .NET Core C# and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular React) ensuring that software solutions are robust scalable and aligned with business needs.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance solution validation and architectural leadership on complex projects focusing on innovation and highquality outcomes.
- Project and Strategy: Collaborate with the Team Lead Manager Architects Cloud Engineers and other stakeholders to assist in defining project goals establishing technical standards and setting timelines contributing strategically to the project planning and phases.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze existing applications for performance improvements identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance system performance and scalability.
- Mentoring and Collaboration: Mentor associates midlevel developers and new team members promoting a learning culture and continuous improvement within the team.
- Code Reviews and Quality Assurance: Oversee code reviews ensure adherence to coding standards and promote overall quality of outputs across all development processes by continually reviewing and refining code quality metrics.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation to support development and ensure smooth operations.
YOUVE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE/ARE
- 7 years of software development experience with at least 3 years in a senior role focusing on .NET and JavaScript technologies.
- Proven track record of successful project in a teamspecific context demonstrating the ability to lead projects within a specialized team environment.
- Experience building native cloud applications in cloud environments (AWS Azure)
- Bachelors Degree
- Microsoft AZ900: Azure Fundamentals Certification (if certification is not current must be obtained within the first 60 days of employment)
- AZ204 Certification (if certification is not current must be obtained within first six months of employment)

Expertise spans .NET JavaScript and Angular environments with proficiency in ASP Web Forms for legacy application support. Capable of building interactive UIs using React and experienced in using TypeScript for typesafe code development.
- Cloud Technologies and Services: Indepth knowledge of Azure cloud services including Azure Blob Storage for scalable cloud storage solutions and implementing cloudnative applications. Agile Methodology: Highly proficient across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle implementing Agile practices effectively to enhance project delivery.
- DevOps Practices: Experienced in CI/CD to automate application build testing and deployment.
- Microservices Architecture: Skilled in designing and implementing solutions using microservices architecture to enhance scalability and maintainability.
- Security Testing: Understands and implements security best practices within software development and cloud deployments.
- Database Management and Design: Proficient in SQL for complex query writing and database management. Experienced with Cosmos DB for NoSQL solutions and SQL Server or Oracle for relational database services.
- Azure Development: Proficient in building testing deploying and managing applications and services through Microsoftmanaged data centers.
