Full Stack Software Engineer TypeScript React AWS Terraform
Hybrid Leeds (1 day/week)
Rate: 500/day Inside IR35
Duration: 3 Months - Likely to extend
Were working with a fast-growing tech-first company looking for a skilledFull Stack Software Engineerto join their product engineering team. If youre passionate about building robust scalable applications and have solid experience withTypeScript across the stackReact andAWS this is a great opportunity to make a big impact.
What youll be doing:
- Designing and building modern scalable web applications usingReactandTypeScript
- Developing and maintaining backend services ( integrated with AWS
- Working on infrastructure-as-code withTerraform helping to maintain reliable reproducible cloud environments
- Collaborating closely with product design and DevOps teams in a modern agile setup
- Writing clean maintainable and well-tested code with a strong emphasis on quality and best practices
Tech Stack:
- Frontend: React TypeScript
- Backend: (TypeScript) REST APIs AWS Lambda
- Cloud: AWS (ECS Lambda S3 DynamoDB etc.)
- Infrastructure: Terraform CI/CD (GitHub Actions)
- Tooling: Docker GitHub Jira Slack
What were looking for:
- Strong professional experience withTypeScript(frontend and backend)
- Solid understanding ofReactand component-driven development
- Commercial experience building cloud-native applications withAWS
- Some exposure toTerraformor similar infrastructure-as-code tools
- Strong collaboration skills and a pragmatic engineering mindset
