WHO YOU ARE:
Sr. Software Engineer II Lead play a key role in the design development/configuration unit testing installation and ongoing maintenance of Zinnia software platforms. Zinnia Senior Software Engineers work with stakeholders to develop solutions and/or products that fulfill the needs of Zinnias internal stakeholders and clients. Those solutions and/or products help Zinnia and Zinnia clients to be more efficient and provide better service to end customers. Senior Software Engineer interacts directly with project managers and business stakeholders and may periodically interact directly with Zinnias clients. Senior Software Engineer will facilitate lead and enable junior team members by acting as a mentor for soft skills and/or technical subject matter experts.
WHAT YOULL DO:
- Work as part of a global crossfunctional team to develop innovative software for Zinnias stakeholders.
- Contribute to projects by creating welldesigned customized testable and efficient code for Zinnia platforms.
- Assist our teams in providing ongoing support troubleshooting improvements or custom enhancements to existing Zinnia platforms.
- Flexibility to support the challenging development and delivery needs of Zinnia
- Collaborate with our global teams internal stakeholders and customers.
- Act as a mentor and technology expert for team members and conduct technical reviews.
- Architect Design develop and validate various requirements for the Zinnia platforms
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment recognize and react to changing business needs and effectively prioritize tasks
- Must be selfmotivated and able to work independently and in conjunction with team members and business units. Enthusiasm and flexibility to work on a variety of projects
WHAT YOULL NEED:
- 712 years of experience in Backend technologies like Java J2EE and Spring in the cloud environment
- Experience in NoSQL databases Eventdriven architecture and Domaindriven design
- Patience and perseverance to overcome challenges solve problems and learn new computer languages and techniques.
- Excellent work ethic. Ability to work and travel independently.
- Effective communication interpersonal and critical thinking skills. Effective troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work as part of a crossfunctional global team.
- Should have BTech / BE / MCA / MTech / ME or equivalent qualification from reputed institutes
BONUS POINTS:
- Object Oriented Programming (OOPS) and design patterns
- Programming using Java 8/J2EE
- Steaming platforms like Kafka
- Knowledge of cloud platforms i.e AWS
- Good knowledge of databases like Postgres Document DB etc
- Competence and comfort using multiple frameworks Spring Spring Boot
- SOA/Microservice Architecture
- Knowledge and experience with REST
- Git Maven Docker
