Administrative Assistant (PT) Happy Trails (Surprise AZ) HOAMCOis seeking an PartTimeAdministrative Assistantfor our Surprise AZ offices. This is a fulltime position with health dental vision and PTO available after 60 days. We are looking for someone that is detail orientedable to prioritize daily duties customer services skills a great attitude and able to be part of our team. Qualifications: - High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years ofadministrative experience
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment while handling interruptions as part of the routine
- Typing 50 WPM
- Strong sense of and high standard for customer service
Job Duties: - Administration tasks as provided by manager working both independently and with colleagues
- Responding promptly to homeowner emails phone calls and work orders
- Providing support on architectural submittals as needed
- Assisting homeowners with payment processes
- Maintaining accurate records of homeowner communications and requests
- Updating community directories and data bases as needed
- Drafting and distributing general communications such as notices reminders and email blasts
- Acting as a liaison between management and approved vendors/contractors
- Assisting in scheduling maintenance or repair work for community facilities
- Vendor/contractor follow up ensuring satisfactory completion of tasks
- Addressing minor homeowner concerns or disputes to deescalate issues
- Assisting manager with onsite visits to review project and workorder status etc.
