Do you have experience of both managing and interfacing applications Do you have the vision to turn the data from applications into actionable insight Let Informed Recruitment help you to achieve your potential with an exciting opportunity for a Systems to manage the ongoing operation efficiencies implementations and upgrades of a housing management system for a respected & established social enterprise in the midst of a digital transformation programme.
The main purpose of the role is to ensuring applications are supported & maintained; system configuration and service improvements; and supporting continuous improvement. Further daytoday activities will include project managing implementations and upgrades; stakeholder management and reporting; thirdparty supplier management; product roadmap creation and maintenance; project management; support service provision; maintenance of super user network; data integrity and security; maintain a library of SSRS reports; and the production of systems documentation and training.
Essential
- Experience working in a Business Systems Manager Applications Manager Applications Team Lead or any applications systems management and development capacity.
- Project Management/Lead experience
- KPI/Performance Reporting experience
- Experience working in an applications consultancy or implementation capacity (implementation/upgrade build configuration testing training support) on a project to install or upgrade commercial software applications.
- Business/Systems Analysis experience or in delivering Transformation and Change relating to systems processes and workflows.
- Mentoring or Leading teams line management and/or performance management and motivation.
- Budget management and systems procurement to the extent of evaluation competing technical solutions against business need.
Desirable
- Experience working with one or more Social Housing Management Systems (Such as MRI Enterprise/Orchard Housing Aareon QL NEC/Northgate Housing Civica Cx Capita ONE/OPENHousing MIS ActiveH or similar).
- BI Reporting (using one of SSRS PowerBI Business Objects Crystal Reports etc)
- SQL scripting for data interrogation
