The main purpose of the role is to ensuring applications are supported & maintained; system configuration and service improvements; and supporting continuous improvement. Further daytoday activities will include project managing implementations and upgrades; stakeholder management and reporting; thirdparty supplier management; product roadmap creation and maintenance; project management; support service provision; maintenance of super user network; data integrity and security; maintain a library of SSRS reports; and the production of systems documentation and training.

As an individual you will be analytical with excellent problemsolving skills. You will be a strong communicator both verbally and in presentation with a strong focus on customer service.
