As part of the Engineering Producibility Team a ME is expected to influence new designs using New Product Introduction tools to ensure manufacturability of product designs continually improve upon existing product designs and translating these into world class processes which meet business and customer requirements for Safety Quality Cost & Delivery.

To work for the RollsRoyce Submarines Business an individual has to hold a Security Check (SC) clearance without any caveats to that clearance. RollsRoyce will support the application for Security Clearance if the individual does not currently already have this in place.
Due to the nature of work the Business conducts and the protection of certain assets a person has to be a UK national or in MoD approved cases a Dual National from a non ITAR country.
