Job Title: Warranty Registration Specialist RV Industry

Location: Richardson

Were seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Warranty Registration Specialist to join our team and support our customers in registering their RVs for warranty coverage.

COMPENSATION: $38K$41K

Job Description: As a Warranty Registration Specialist you will be responsible for assisting customers in registering their RVs for warranty coverage. This involves ensuring that all necessary documentation is submitted correctly and in a timely manner. Youll work closely with our warranty department customer service and various vendors to ensure a seamless process for RV owners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register new RVs for warranty coverage within the specified time frame.
  • Review and process warranty registration forms and documents for accuracy.
  • Verify customer and vehicle information to ensure proper registration.
  • Communicate with RV owners and dealers to resolve any issues or questions regarding warranty registration.
  • Track warranty registration status and follow up on outstanding registrations.
  • Work closely with the warranty claims team to ensure proper documentation is submitted.
  • Maintain accurate records of all warranty registrations in the system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers and dealers during the registration process.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required (Associates or Bachelors degree in a related field preferred).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word etc. and warranty registration software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problemsolving and criticalthinking abilities.
