Could you be the fulltime SC2 Material Planner in our Supply Chain Solutions Centre were looking for
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your detailedoriented expertise to the heart of our supply chain operations. Youll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
Youll ensure the seamless of materials planning processes pivotal to the efficiency of our Solutions Centre Team. Daytoday youll work closely with teams across the business (Site Material Planners Site Buyers Key Users & Regional Business Process Experts) coordinate with internal and external networks to meet service level agreements and much more.
Youll specifically take care of creating Material Planning documents in GSI our ERP solution and communicate delivery requirements to suppliers but also receive and confirm supplier delivery information for site reference.
Well look to you for:
Executing materials planning processes within the scope of the Solutions Centre Team
Creating and managing Material Planning documents in GSI
Effective communication with suppliers to align delivery schedules
Coordinating with internal and external partners to meet agreed SLAs
Representing site interests in interactions with suppliers
Maintaining accurate information in our systems for reference and planning

An academic diploma in any discipline
Experience or understanding of supply chain processes and tools
Knowledge of ERP tools particularly in Materials Management Modules
Familiarity with Material Requirement Planning and MIS extraction
A certification in supply chain management would be advantageous
Proficiency in English and strong communication skills
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like MS Excel and BI
