Purpose
The purpose of the Lead is to manage and oversee the successful deployment of the Mindspark programme at government schools of Punjab. This includes coordinating with multiple schools ensuring that implementation processes are streamlined and managing a field team of school coordinators and facilitators.
S/he would be responsible for achieving highquality educational outcomes maintaining data integrity providing training and supporting timely issue resolution. Additionally the role involves guiding and influencing stakeholders to ensure projects success.
Key Responsibilities
Financial
o Budget Management: Oversee the financial aspects of Mindspark implementation ensuring costeffective operations.
o Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for revenue generation through successful project implementation and client retention.

o Adherence to budget constraints
o Revenue targets met or exceeded
Customer
o Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
o Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely project delivery and quality results.

o Project Scale rates

o Project Management: Lead the implementation process ensuring timelines and deliverables are met efficiently.
o Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of data and speedy resolution of bugs.

o Training and Development: Cocreate and deliver training modules for internal teams and clients.

o Escalate and followup with respective teams for issue resolution.

Experience

Qualification
Bachelors/Masters degree or equivalent in relevant fields.
