We are looking for a Small Animal Vet to join our team on a fulltime basis we would also consider 2 parttime Vets to take on a job share opportunity. Ideally we would be interested in applicants who are an allround GP Vet working across surgery and medicine cases. There is also the option to get involved as a Vet GDP advisor to support and mentor our graduate cohort.
About Us Being a local community vet practice is central to the ethos at The Laurels... Maybe thats why they have beenat the heartof the community in Runcorn for over 10 years. They regularly get involved in all pet related aspects in the local community from local small dogs shows to school visits career fairs and raising money for local charities.
The role Working FT 37.5 hours your rota would also include working a 1:4 Saturday (hours are averaged into your FT weekly hours so MondayFriday you would work 35.5 hours with 2 hours being accrued for your Saturday 1:4 plus a 1:12 Sunday rota and 1 or 2 bank holidays per year. TOIL would be given for any Sunday and bank holidays worked throughout the year.
