Your Responsibilities
- Manufacturing Production Workers focus on setting up operating maintaining and troubleshooting manufacturing production (i.e. machining processing assembly or packaging)
- Equipment including: Operating machine tool chemical processing assembly or packaging equipment to manufacture products according to production specifications schedules volume/cost/wastage targets and quality standards. Moving packing and sorting raw materials or finished goods.
- Monitoring the quality of output to identify discard or remanufacture faulty products.
- Maintaining accurate daily production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis.
- A Team Leader (M1 supervises paraprofessional employees.
- Setting daytoday operational objectives for team. Problems faced may be difficult but typically are not complex.
- Ensures policies practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports customers and stakeholders.
- This position is for 2nd Shift.
- Previous supervisory experience is a bonus for this position.
Your Background
- At least 35 years of experience in a leadership role with direct personnel management ideally in a manufacturing setting.
- Demonstrated ability to lead influence and inspire others.
- Proficient in change management and time management both personally and when coaching others.
- Strong analytical skills to focus on key aspects of the business and make informed decisions.
- As a person you are humble with the ability to proactively prioritize plan and structure workflows.
- Good communication skills both written and spoken.
- Experience with lean manufacturing methodologies is an advantage.
Primary Job Location
- This position will oversee all assembly operations at the Mount Pleasant Pa. facility for DTB on Second Shift. This includes all personnel direct.
