The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Manufacturing Manager (Level K) to lead our 2nd Shift Emergent Operations Fabrication team in North Charleston South Carolina. This onsite position supports our Boeing South Carolina production site.

Position Responsibilities:
Manages and leads employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing subject areas for Emergent Operations
Develops and implements business plans policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies
Acquires resources provides technical management and leads process improvements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers peers partners and employees / direct reports
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches products and processes
Coaches develops and motivates employees
Emergent-minded with ability to function in a high-paced environment
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
3 years of experience working across organizations & interfacing with key stakeholders including senior leaders
3 years of experience in data analysis and Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA)
1 years of experience with Quality Management Systems
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3 years of experience on the 787 program
3 years of experience in team building developing and motivating employees
3 years of experience in a leadership role working to meet business objectives and influence change
3 years of experience leading high performing teams in a fast-paced setting
3 years of experience in a customer focused role
1 years working with (CMES) Common Manufacturing Execution System
1 years of experience using Velocity
Shift:
This position is 2nd shift. Willingness to work any shift assigned based on business needs is required.
