Job Summary:
Under supervision cleans sterilizes and assembles patient care equipment supplies and instruments according to prescribed procedures and techniques. Assembles surgical instruments trays etc. Sterilizes instruments equipment linens and a variety of supplies such as surgical packs treatment trays and the like using steam or gas sterilizer. Prepares packs of supplies and wraps labels and seals same.

Job Essentials:SPD experience preferred.
Education Requirements:HS dip/GED graduate of a SPD program.
License/Certification/Registry: Certified SPD
