We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Tech for a direct hire opportunity in Hebron KY. with a growing and innovative metal fabrication company

Responsibilities for Industrial Maintenance Tech:
Equipment Maintenance and Repair:
- Diagnosing and repair equipment failures
- Manage and perform necessary Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs on equipment
- Control repair parts expenditures
- Make suggestions on the need for new equipment or repairs
- Incorporate shop floor organization in the maintenance department
Building Maintenance:
- Perform carpentry electrical and plumbing repairs as needed
- Troubleshoot and repair existing and potential problems
- Replace light bulbs covers and filters as necessary
- Maintain existing plant facilities (e.g. HVAC units lights restrooms door security roof)
Industrial and Plant Equipment Maintenance:
- Repair hydraulic equipment
- Perform simple repairs on plant equipment
- Conduct preventive maintenance for production equipment
- Perform other related duties and assignments as required
Qualifications for Industrial Maintenance Tech:
- Training in repair of Electrical Hydraulic and Pneumatic equipment
- Background in repair of HVAC Electrical wiring and general repair
- Experience in repairing controllers on equipment
- Ability to use Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook Email
- Basic math skills
- Ability to read schematics
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance role
- Familiarity with various types of industrial equipment
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and regulations
