MultiStream Impact: Provide essential administrative support across both the Medicine and Heart & Lung management teams helping them stay on track and achieve their goals.
Varied Responsibilities: From diary management and agenda preparation to filing scanning and minutetaking this role will keep you engaged with diverse tasks every day.
Problem Solver: With a proactive approach youll anticipate issues escalate concerns and ensure smooth efficient operations for both streams.
Organizational Pro: Youll be a key player in maintaining the daytoday flow of both teams managing multiple priorities and tasks with ease and precision.
Collaborative Work Environment: Work closely with both management teams contributing to the success of highpriority projects and ensuring smooth communication across streams.
About you
Were looking for a proactive detailoriented candidate with strong organizational and communication skills to thrive in a dynamic medical environment.
Health Services Expertise: Relevant qualifications or experience in Health Service Management or Administration with a solid understanding of medical administration tasks.
Experience in FastPaced Environments: Proven ability to thrive in a busy medical administration team supporting managers with daytoday operations and workload management.
Proactive & Organized: Skilled at managing your own workload staying ahead of tasks and assisting teammates as needed to ensure efficiency.
Strong Communication: Excellent communicator capable of coordinating effectively within a team and ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in managing administrative duties ensuring all tasks are completed with precision and care.
