The Department of Biological Sciences at the University of Denver has a oneyear opportunity for a Visiting Teaching Assistant Professor position (nontenure track) for the academic yearbeginning September 1 2025. The position will be responsible for teaching undergraduate biology courses for nonscience majors as well as majors courses that could include evolutionary biology & biodiversity or biostatistics. The duties include teaching six courses per year (quarter system).

Work Schedule
While the Universitys administrative offices are open Monday Friday 8:00 am 4:30 pm faculty schedules vary from term to term and are based on courses taught service commitments and research agendas. The Universitys academic calendars are posted on the registrars website (the law school is on a semester system and has a different academic calendar.

Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $60000 $65000.
