- Develop Research Methodologies: Define frameworks for customer research ensuring a mix of qualitative quantitative and behavioral insights.
- Implement Research Tools & Processes: Select and integrate bestinclass research tools to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Drive Customer Insights: Deliver actionable insights to product teams marketing sales and leadership to inform product development and gotomarket strategies.
- Influence DecisionMaking: Partner with stakeholders across the company to embed research into decisionmaking at all levels.
- Champion a CustomerCentric Culture: Advocate for the voice of the customer ensuring their needs are central to our product and business strategies.
Have you done this kind of stuff
- Proven experience leading research teams preferably in a fintech SaaS or productled organization.
- Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Strong ability to translate complex research findings into clear strategic recommendations.
- Experience with UX research market research and competitive analysis.
- Familiarity with research tools like Qualtrics UserTesting UnitQ or similar platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive alignment across teams.
