ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conducting sales service and solicitation of all forms of commercial insurance business
- Maximizing growth and client retention through superior customer service
- Developing accounts and cross selling available products and services
- Generating and pursuing new client opportunities
- Develop and deliver formal proposals of insurance program
- Bringing new business prospects to closure
- Retaining clients by maintaining solid businesstobusiness relationships
- Collaborate with account managers and the marketing team to complete proposals and selection of potential markets
- Negotiate with carriers and evaluate carrier quotes to secure the best quotes possible for clients
WHAT YOU OFFER US:
- 25 years industry experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
- Previous insurance experience is an asset
- Detailoriented
- Strong communication interpersonal multitasking and organizational skills required
- The preferred candidate is a team player with a great attitude selfmotivation and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Postsecondary degree or diploma
- Licensed by appropriate regulatory bodies
