Job Description

IT Operations (Mobile Network)

We are looking for an experienced IT Operations Engineer to join our team. As a senior member you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of mobile network services. Your duties will include monitoring network performance identifying and resolving issues capacity planning and collaborating with crossfunctional teams. The ideal candidate should have strong problemsolving skills extensive experience in mobile network operations and a deep understanding of IT processes.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

Selfmotivated & proactive
ITIL / IT Service Management process knowledge
Solid IT operations experience (Incident Change ProblemManagement) ideally in enterprise environments
Project management skills
Provider steering experience (Mobile network operators support provider)
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and written) with both technical and nontechnical colleagues
Solid understanding of mobile network technologies 4G 5G NBIoT SMS SIM Subscription Management)
Good overall IT infrastructure technology understanding
