It combines technical skills as well as soft skills for direct customer collaboration during Audits what makes it super interesting and dynamic.

How youll make an impact
Maintaining and improvement of existing robust QMS
Process and documentation maintaining and improvement
Monitoring process adherence and fostering implementation of monitoring tools
Preparation of quality plans and project specific shop test programs
Leading Audits (internal customer and official bodies)
Proactive identification of improvements areas with further leading of improvements projects
Coaching other departments/functions with respect to product quality and quality processes
Factory acceptance tests conduction
Your background
Bachelor or masters degree in engineering knowledge of electrical power systems desirable
Certified Quality Manager (including ISO 9001 and Lead auditor certification)
Knowledge or experience with IEC and IEEE standards.
5 years experience in Quality Management
Fluent German and English skills
Experience in project management will be considered a plus
Factory acceptance tests experience will be considered a plus
Very good communication and cultural sensitivity
Good system knowledge of the ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards as well as the EKAS guideline 6508 is a plus
