KBR is seeking a Digital Engineering Technical Lead to join our team on site in the Northern Virginia are looking for the selfdriven the bold the passionate Systems Engineers who will join KBR on an exciting journey of professional thrill and personal growth as the Team pursues and steps up to strategic Customer Enterpriselevel challenges!

This role reports to the Program Leader(s) and is fully empowered to execute critical facets of the contract including but not limited to: interact with Customer and Stakeholders; develop DE Transformation roadmap and detail action plans; manage strategic and tactical outreach communications in response to Customers and Stakeholders needs; develop and monitor direct and indirect DE Transformation performance results and metrics; and maintain vigilance to drive DE Transformation gap closures as appropriate early and timely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver foundational digital engineering (DE) approaches that ensure the engineering and MS&A processes.
• Provides technical advice and guidance to senior managers regarding the creation and implementation of new MBSE methods and techniques.

• Develop and deliver enterprise level digital engineering approaches and ensure that the models data and information to support the development of the space and intelligence architecture systems and other acquisitions are accessible interconnected and structured in such a way to ensure organizational goals are met or exceeded.
• The Technical Lead will also ensure that the current systems engineering and MS&A processes covered in the SOW requirements are maintained.

Required Qualifications:

• An active TS/SCI with current Polygraph is required
• Bachelors Degree in a Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline and 10 years of experience.
• Deep understanding of systems engineering and an expert in Digital Engineering (DE)/ModelBased Systems Engineering (MBSE).
• Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with teammates and stakeholders.

Desired Qualifications:

• Excellent understanding of data science concepts and technologies such as relational and nonrelational databases ontology Unified Modeling Language (UML) or Systems Modeling Language (SysML).
• General understanding of digital industry trends such as Cloud/IaC Data Analytics DevSecOps AWS and/or Azure Containerization/microservices
• Knowledge of developing satellite and other spacebased technologies
• Knowledge of Operations Research/Systems Analysis
• Ability to mentor and train fellow systems engineers
