Your Role
Develop detailed project schedules coordinate with subcontractors and oversee all aspects of construction.
Monitor project costs negotiate contracts and track expenses.
Ensure highquality work conduct inspections and maintain a safe work environment.
Serve as the primary client contact keep them informed and build strong relationships.

Key Requirements
Track record of experience in commercial roofing
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong technical knowledge of lowslope roofing systems
