3 Contract Positions $80/hr. Hybrid Austin TX June 2 August 31 2025

Were hiring three experienced Systems Analysts to support a key government agency in enhancing and optimizing their PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) suite. If youre a master at modules like eProcurement Strategic Sourcing or Asset Management and thrive in a collaborative partially remote environmentthis opportunity is for you.
What Youll Do:
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into formal functional documentation
- Conduct reviews and work sessions with SMEs and stakeholders
- Serve as a backup across Accounts Payable Purchasing or Supplier Contracts modules
- Design and execute test cases support multiple testing cycles and deliver highquality work
- Collaborate virtually using Microsoft Teams and other O365 tools
- Create userfocused training materials and user guides
What You Bring:
Required Skills:
- 8 years as a Business Analyst on PeopleSoft FSCM implementation/upgrade projects
- Deep knowledge of PeopleSoft 9.2 especially in eProcurement or Strategic Sourcing
- Proven experience writing formal requirements and facilitating work sessions
- Handson system integration and interface testing experience
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Word Excel PowerPoint Visio)
- Fluent in Microsoft Teams & remote collaboration best practices
Preferred Experience:
- Public sector familiarity (State Local or Federal agencies)
- Prior work with Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft AWE SharePoint Jira STAT and Scrum methodology
Location & Schedule:
- Hybrid Role: Mix of onsite (Austin TX 78751 and remote work
- Work Hours: MondayFriday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT
- Duration: June 2 2025 August 31 2025 (with potential for extension)
