Reporting to the Director of Learning and Talent Development this position will support all learning and organizational development activities for Huber globally drawing on deep learning design/facilitation expertise organizational development experience and subjectmatter expertise to create innovative learning and development experiences that produce measurable impact and build upon a learning and development culture at Huber.
In this role youll be responsible for the and measurable outcomes of a distinct portfolio of learning solutions that shape the growth and success of the Huber workforce. As a key member on the People and Culture team youll design and deliver high impact programs that support all employees. Youll collaborate closely with our Operating Company HR Leadership and Talent Partners HRBPs employees and stakeholders to develop and continuously improve impactful development solutions across our collective organization.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic manufacturing environment and enjoys solving complex challenges while developing people and programs. The right candidate will have the ability to adapt learning solutions to meet the unique demands of shiftbased schedules production goals and a handson workforce all while inspiring others to reach their full potential.
This is a hybrid role with travel expectations of 50. Travel will include collaboration in the Atlanta Headquarters as well as to our sites nationally and globally as needed to learn the needs of our diverse employee base establish relationships and deliver content.

In addition to base compensation individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and profitsharing payout.
