Job Description

BenningtonRutland Supervisory Union seeks a Middle School Success Coordinator for the 2025/2026 school year! The Middle School Success Coordinator is responsible for supporting and providing wellrounded educational opportunities to qualified Taconic & Green Regional School District middle school students in an effort to build resilience selfcontrol empathy persistence and other social and behavioral skills. This work is intended to decrease dropout rates and increase high school graduation rates by providing training and programming designed to ensure students are transition ready for high is a fulltime year round position.
