Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and personable HR Administrator / Receptionist to support our Human Resources department and ensure smooth frontdesk operations. This dualrole position requires strong administrative skills attention to detail and the ability to interact professionally with employees clients and visitors.

Key HR Responsibilities:

  • Support process documentation according to the company policy
  • Help updating the HR SharePoint
  • Assist in recruitment activities including posting job ads scheduling interviews and coordinating onboarding processes.
  • Help coordinate training sessions and employee events.
  • Prepare HRrelated documents and letters as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive employee information with discretion.

Receptionist Duties:

  • Greet and direct visitors clients and vendors in a professional manner.
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls take messages and manage the general email inbox.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail packages and deliveries.
  • Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Order and manage office supplies and support other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification or diploma in HR or office administration is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information.

Working Conditions:

  • Hybrid based role 3 days per week at the office.
  • Frontfacing position.

Security Clearance Requirements/ CGP / ITAR:

Position requires Level II Clearance with the Canadian Government and the ability to gain access to the Canadian Controlled Goods Program
