Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the strategy optimization and reporting of paid media within the Digital Marketing unit.
- Maintain control over daily weekly and monthly budgets for paid media initiatives.
- Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital campaigns.
- Conduct and implement A/B tests to achieve predefined objectives.
- Propose communication strategies based on campaign data including KPIs demographics geography and device usage.
- Present and effectively communicate the strategy and outcomes of paid media campaigns in relevant committees.
Requirements:
- Up to 2 years of proven experience in paid social media and paid search management.
- Indepth knowledge of social media platforms advertising formats and search engine marketing.
- Experience with social media analytics tools and search engine advertising platforms.
- Preferred handson experience on tools like Google Ads SA360 Meta and LinkedIn Ads platforms.
- Detailoriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Willing to work in multiple shifts.
