JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
As In charge of monitoring& adherencePlan&performance of 3shifts
Preparation & overseeMonthlyreconciliation openingreceiptreportMIS
Responsible for proper functioninglike maintainingminmaxlevels andNormcogi
Interacting with the Prod Deptforall types of chemicals consumables equipment Spare General & Raw Materials movement & Perform the process of issuing material and receiving
Monitoring& adhere to all slow/nonmoving inventorystatus &actionregarding
MovementsvaluebudgetQuality accordingly
Monitor timelyreceipt &dispatchwithappropriate documentation & QA inspections
Ensure& monitorauditplans compliancesvisits& with appropriate action
Coordination with inward & PPC & plant head regarding inward & inventory activities
&identify areas ofimprovements &participation in the formulation of procurement
Dispatchshipment planning & activities for semifinished goods inbounded time and process.
ArrangeCost efficiencies & innovative way optimization programs
Set up a communication channel with other dept &peopleto keep them updated

Monthly PHY stock vs system stock reconciliation FG opening production &dispatchreport
Responsible for the proper functioning of theWarehouselike maintaining stock levels and norm
Interacting with the Production team and supervising the transfer of stocks to theWarehouse
Loading as per requirement pallets stickers road permit waybill etc.
Accessories&packing itemsopeningreceipt consumptionreport
Sales return checking receivingand updates at system
