As a Business Development Representative (BDR) for ANZ you are responsible for helping our customers reimagine their customer experiences using Adobe solutions & creating new sales opportunities for our sales organisation in the process. This role focuses on our Install Base customers working to expand their current Experience Cloud footprint with Adobe.

What youll do

  • Deliver a consultative approach to selling; taking time to understand our customers businesses their goals objectives and challenges before recommending a tailored solution

  • Consistently achieve quality pipeline & other metrics such as inbound lead followup & outbound account engagement metrics

  • Manage a territory creation plan for your account executives & their accounts

  • Researching key accounts identifying decisionmakers generating interest and developing accounts to stimulate opportunity

  • Prospect educate qualify and develop Target Accounts and inbound leads to create salesready leads and opportunities

  • Setup attend & run qualification meetings with customers in partnership with relevant Account Executive & Solution Consultants

  • Update CRM Outreach and other tools as necessary to ensure the capture of key activity history & ensure a smooth handoff to the Account Executive as necessary

  • Provide closedloop feedback to ensure continuous process optimisation

What youll need to succeed

  • Track record of successful business development in enterprise solutions software or tech sales environment

  • Selfstarter with high motivation independence resilience and ability to collaborate with sales & marketing teams to deliver pipe creation goals

  • Strong communication including listening written verbal skills

  • Experience managing all areas of the BDR process including account planning precall preparation opportunity qualification and objection handling

  • Ability to quickly learn & understand sophisticated business problems & translate customers needs into solution plays

  • Consistently achieve inside sales goals in an automated sales environment where accurate entry and management of lead data in a CRM system is required
