As a Corrections RefrigerationMechanic Trade Instructor it will be your responsibility to provide structured onthejob training and shop instruction for inmates in the refrigeration mechanic trade. You will be responsible for the care custody and control of inmates during their training and work assignments. Work orders accompanied by diagrams drawings sketches or blueprints will be your main source of guidance and it will be up to you to determine the procedures tools equipment and materials to be used by inmates in carrying out their assignments. You will be required to maintain documentation of all inmate training progress attendance and assignment details. Attention to detail is required as you will be issuing and keeping inventory of all materials and tools used during classroom training and while completing work orders.
