Location: Manchester Area (Northwich)

Reports to: CEO / Brand & Marketing Manager

The Role: Why This Job Exists
Were looking for a dynamic driven UK National Account Manager to join our team and take ownership of key UK accounts. This role is crucial in growing our UK businessachieving annual turnover and profit growth targets through the management of a portfolio of highprofile retail partners. If youre passionate about retail love building relationships and can bring the sparkle with datadriven strategy lets talk!


What Youll Be Responsible For

  • Manage all aspects of key accounts: listings launches terms negotiation promos and growth strategy.
  • Drive new business opportunities and optimise existing relationships.
  • Maintain administrative excellenceaccurate forecasting contract management and sales reports.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with internal and external stakeholders to deliver seamless .
  • Present compelling brand strategies and seasonal concepts to raise customer engagement.
  • Support product development by feeding in market insights and customer feedback.
  • Use data as your superpowerflag risks spot trends and turn challenges into opportunities.
  • Create beautiful bold and effective customerfacing presentations.
  • Be a role model for the illooms waycurious creative commercial.


What Were Looking For

  • Previous experience managing national retail accounts (ideally in FMCG experience with toy or party categories is desired but not essential)
  • A head for numbers and heart for creative selling
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple fastpaced priorities
  • Someone who thrives on autonomy but loves to collaborates too
  • Confident presenting to buyers partners and internal stakeholders
  • A love of product brand and bringing ideas to life
