Responsibilities:

As a Recruitment Consultant at ManpowerGroup you will play a pivotal role in connecting top talent with leading employers. You will be responsible for managing the endtoend recruitment process from understanding client needs and requirements to identifying attracting and placing qualified candidates.

More specifically the successful candidate will:

  • Proactively source identify and attract highcaliber candidates through various channels including job boards social media and networking events
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job opening to offer acceptance
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments including interviews skills testing and reference checks
  • Advise both clients and candidates regarding employment conditions salary ranges career opportunities etc.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and constructive feedback guidance and support throughout the hiring process
  • Use market insights to advise clients on talent acquisition strategies and best practices
  • Promote our services in the Greek market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and business objectives


Requirements
  • 12 yrs of experience as a Recruitment Consultant or/and experience in Sales / Marketing or Services
  • University degree in business administration economics marketing or a relevant field
  • Masters degree in a related field will be considered an asset
  • Excellent command of the Greek and English language (oral and written)
  • Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets in services industries
