Job Description
To supervise the daytoday operation of the stewarding department for a given shift ensuring control and distribution of operating equipment maintenance of cleaning and sanitation standards supervision of all utility pot washer dishwasher and worker assignment tasks
Responsibilities
- Coordinating and supervising efficient work procedures and schedules
- Delivering clean cookware and tableware to our various outlets and meeting rooms
- Cleaning all cookware and tableware to meet Omnis high sanitation standards
- Assisting in the resolution of various associate issues
- Efficiently coordinating service by organizing supplies in the appropriate location
- Ensuring and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards by ensuring furniture and floors are clean and arranged according to restaurant specifications.
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality stewarding experience preferred.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service with a cando attitude
- Ability to multitask including pushing and pulling objects and carts of varying weights without assistance
- Ability to remain active in a fast paced environment including standing for 8 hour per day
- Flexible scheduling to include nights weekends and holidays
- Experience in similar supervisory roles is preferred minimum 1 year.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time walk push pull stoop bend and lift items of moderate to heavy weight.
- Must have Food Handlers certification
