Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver capital projects in the Life Sciences industry. This role requires a handson professional with a strong track record of managing crossfunctional teams and delivering technical projects in compliancedriven environments. The selected candidate will work onsite in Hudson OH partnering with client teams and vendors to ensure successful project .
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and delivery of capital projects within Life Sciences manufacturing or quality environments.
Develop detailed project plans timelines resource allocation and risk mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with crossfunctional stakeholders including IT automation quality validation and engineering teams.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations (GMP FDA GxP) and internal quality systems throughout project .
Manage vendors and thirdparty service providers to align with project goals.
Monitor project performance manage scope budget and schedule and provide regular status updates to leadership.
Facilitate effective communication and coordination between business and technical teams.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering Computer Science Life Sciences or related field.
Minimum 3 years of project management experience in the Life Sciences industry.
Proven experience managing capital projects. Experience managing systems integration projects is a plus (e.g. MES LIMS ERP SCADA Historians or other digital platforms).
Strong understanding of regulated environments and validation requirements.
Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (PMP certification a plus).
Excellent leadership organizational and communication skills.
Work Environment:
Fulltime onsite position in Hudson OH.
Collaborative and dynamic environment within a highly regulated industry.
