Job Description


Job Description: Inside Sales Manager (Lead Generation) Pune
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Manager specializing in lead generation to join our team at Nexapp Technologies in Pune. In this role you will be responsible for driving our sales efforts through effective leadgeneration strategies and tactics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inside sales lead qualification and pipeline management and deal closer.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive sales growth and meet revenue targets.
  • Manage and oversee the lead generation team providing leadership guidance and coaching to optimize performance.
  • Implement best practices for identifying and qualifying leads through outbound calling email campaigns social media outreach and other channels.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to align lead generation activities with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize lead generation processes to maximize efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential customers to understand their needs and qualify them as salesready leads.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads for further engagement and conversion.
  • Stay updated with industry trends market dynamics and competitor activities to adjust lead generation strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on lead generation performance for management review.


Requirements


  • Proven experience (minimum 35 years) in inside sales or lead generation preferably in a technology or software industry.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation strategies tactics and tools.
  • Experience in managing and leading a team of inside sales representatives.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
  • Proficient in using CRM software (e.g. Salesforce Zoho) and marketing automation tools for lead tracking and management.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights to improve lead generation processes.
  • Resultsoriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding lead generation targets.
  • Selfmotivated proactive and capable of working independently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
