GermanSpeaking Customer Support Specialist Sofia Bulgaria
Location: Sofia Bulgaria
Languages Required: German (B2C1 level) and English (B2C1 level)
Work Schedule: Fulltime positions with flexible shifts including options for day and late shifts.
About the Role:
We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our customer support team in Sofia. As a GermanSpeaking Customer Support Specialist you will handle inbound calls emails and live chat inquiries from Germanspeaking customers providing exceptional service and resolving various customer issues. This position offers an opportunity to work in a multicultural environment and develop your career in customer service
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to and resolve a wide variety of customer inquiries via phone email and live chat.

Assist customers with accountrelated issues troubleshooting and general inquiries.

Provide professional and friendly support ensuring a positive customer experience.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick and effective solutions.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up when necessary.
Requirements:

Fluency in German (B2C1 level) and good command of English (B2C1 level).

Excellent communication skills with a customerfocused attitude.

Strong problemsolving abilities and the capacity to work independently.

Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with varying shifts including weekends.

Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not required.
