Daytoday responsibilities include:
Handling incoming communications from customers
Researching and providing accurate helpful information
Offering clear solutions with professionalism and care
Fluency in both German and English
A high school diploma or equivalent
At least six months of customer service experience
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
A natural ability to connect with people and provide support
Residency in or readiness to relocate to Athens Greece with valid work authorization
