The Opportunity
Step into a role where youll be instrumental in advancing projects focused on sustainable agriculture natural resource management and rightway Healthy Country management. Youll collaborate closely with stakeholders to drive extension and adoption activities ensuring the projects success. Your responsibilities will include supporting project reporting data collection and stakeholder interactions. Additionally youll play a vital role in shaping project plans contracts and proposal submissions contributing significantly to our teams collaborative initiatives and have the opportunity to travel much of Western Australia while doing so.
The Tasks Ahead
- Assist in implementing projects related to sustainable agriculture natural resource management and culturally appropriate Healthy Country management
- Work with stakeholders to promote extension and adoption activities
- Help with project reporting data gathering and engaging with stakeholders
- Participate in creating project plans contracts and proposal submissions
About You
- Experience in developing and maintaining trusted professional relationships with managers of agricultural enterprises and/or Aboriginal
organisations communities and stakeholders - Experience in project coordination contract management and budget oversight
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines and manage competing demands
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of regional socioeconomic issues and natural resource management challenges
Key Requirements
- Qualification in Natural Resource Management Agricultural Science Environmental Science or a similar field (desirable)
- Valid C Class Manual WA Driver s Licence (mandatory)
- Police Clearance (mandatory)
The Benefits
