Job Description
This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with clients to understand their vacation desires and travel styles.
Research and recommend travel options including flights accommodations transportation and tours.
Provide destinationspecific materials such as brochures maps local customs and event guides.
Book travel components and collect client payments.
Maintain client records and ensure smooth trip planning from start to finish.
Stay in touch with clients before during and after their travel to address any questions or issues.
Attend ongoing training and travel seminars to stay informed on tourism trends and new offerings.
Deliver excellent customer service to promote client retention and referrals.
Job Requirements
Ability to sell travel packages and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple client itineraries.
Selfmotivated with a passion for customer service and travel.
Must be 18 years or older.
Must have access to a computer laptop tablet or smartphone with reliable internet.
Personal travel experience is a plus.
