We are looking for an intern (f/m/d) for our Business Procurement department in Ulm from August 2025.Business Procurement at HENSOLDT represents the entire purchasing organization (including strategic purchasing operational purchasing etc. visvis the program areas. Business Procurement in Ulm is responsible for the Radar & Electromagnetic Warfare division among others
The duration of the internship depends on the study regulations.
Your Tasks
- Support with project reporting (incl. missing parts evaluations delivery status etc.
- Followup of deadlines and participation in supplier meetings
- Support for planning and tendering processes and the preparation of contracts
- Obsolescence management i.e. queries to suppliers regarding the longterm availability of project materials
- Information management in connection with the Strategic Purchasing Supplier Quality Management Operational Purchasing Engineering etc. departments
Your Profile
- Degree course in engineering industrial engineering business administration or comparable
- Very good MS Office skills
- Ability to work in a team and structured way of working
- Good knowledge of German and English
