You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Infrastructure Project Manager will manage the delivery of projects from project initiation through the transition to operations on time and within budget. Responsible for the overall direction coordination control and completion of assigned projects the Infrastructure Project Manager will also participate in the continued development and implementation of the GIO Americas PMO process tools and reports.
Demand/Project Assessment:
Support the demand/project decision processes through the creation of project statements of work work orders charters and gate documents.
Conduct feasibility studies with Solution Architects within the different Services Lines.
Facilitate the assessment of the project impact in terms of cost capacity contingency infrastructure and evaluate the level of risk needed budgets and the resulting IT Value (ROI IRR).
Work Planning:
Define the structure scope and direction of efforts around work plans schedules cost estimates resourcing required to successfully deliver the project.
Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the project.
Design and lead project governance and reporting in line with governance standards.
Support the development of project business cases and steward the proposed project through governance for signoff to proceed.
Manage vendor selection and the negotiation process; approve vendor deliverables and payments.
Project Monitoring and Delivery:
Direct project delivery through active leadership and involvement to ensure projects meet time cost and quality requirements.
Maintain handson role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are completed ontime.
Track and manage project progress in terms of scope timeline and budget.
Identify and anticipate risks and issues facilitate resolution mitigation and appropriate escalation to senior management including the active maintenance of risk and issue logs
Serve as the interface between project teams and customers to ensure collaboration and coordination between all stakeholders.
Lead project governance and reporting in line with governance standards.
Monitor and communicate status and progress to stakeholders through status reports updated project plans financial reports and portfolio management tools. Communicate and incorporate feedback from customers.
Identify and manage scope changes through change request documentation and approval management
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for each project ensuring appropriate storage
Manage suppliers supporting project delivery.
Provide direction and support to the project team.
Ensure that project delivery complies with regulations and company policies.
Project Management Office Support:
Compile and analyze data for management reporting and metrics
Work closely with other members of the PMO to create revise and maintain PMO governance and structure by proactively alignment with best practices and trends
General Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Management Information Systems or other relevant area (or equivalent experience)
PMP Prince2 and/or SCRUM Certification
7 years experience in IT
5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager
Advanced proficiency in GSuite (Docs Sheets Slides)
Experience with ITSM preferably ServiceNow.

Ability to lead technical discussions with customers and internal teams status meetings and briefing sessions. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels (i.e. in detail with technical teams and present summaries with senior management)
Demonstrated evidence of influencing positive change within your environment and implementing service delivery metrics and reporting capabilities
Ability to promote teamwork and a cooperative work environment.
Strong financial acumen and understanding of project and enterprise budgeting processes
Customer and Service Oriented;
Strong listening and dialogue skills to understand needs and problems encountered by users
Proven interpersonal analytical presentation communication and organizational skills
Qualitative and quantitative analytical skills with the ability to collect and correlate information and data making links to business processes and financial performance.
Flexibility to accommodate financial planning reporting and monthly close deadlines.
