With over 30 production facilities in the US and Canada (and growing! we provide comprehensive digital marketing services commercial printing warehousing & fulfillment direct mail marketing sign manufacturing & fabrication and promotional products.

We are expanding at warp speed and are adding to our team from our sales office and shop floor locations to our remote online team members. We are a diverse creative and passionate crew who is always looking to discover and implement fresh innovative ideas and make some pretty amazing things.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicate with previous clients and customers to request and insure any past due amounts are paid.
Collect payment from customers who will have an invoice come due and prevent them from going delinquent.
Communicate with Sales Team in regards to past due clients and obtain collection payment results while maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Ability to analyze emails from Customers/Salesrep and provide any direct guidance or information that will be key to resolving past due accounts.
Ability to fulfill requests from Sales on vendor onboarding forms.
Ability to seek out relevant information using QuickBooks Excel Word .
Ability to work independently and but also as part of a collaborative team.
Ability to use Teams for Conference calls.
Maintain strong focus on details. Ability to stay well organized.
Maintain a professional discourse in all situations.
Must have the following: Proficient in Excel good written verbal communication skills delegating tasks collaborating with clients or employers managing deadlines and allocating funds.
Technical Skills: multiuser telephone system copier fax machine.
PREFERRED SKILLS
Strong interest in bookkeeping and experience in a business office setting is highly desired.
